Finding Parking at Your Shift

Parking details may be listed in your booking information — and if they're not, we can find out for you.

Where to Check First

  1. Confirmation email – Parking instructions appear here if the practice added them.

  2. Bookings section – Click the “i” (information icon) for shift details.

If no parking info is listed, it doesn’t mean there’s no parking — the practice may have simply not added it.

If Details Are Missing

Contact Airlocum via live chat and we'll confirm the details with the practice. Please don't call the practice directly — let Airlocum handle it so we can keep communication consistent.

We'll ask the practice:

  • Is parking available on-site?

  • Is it free or paid?

  • Where should you park?

  • Are there any restrictions?

Typical response time is 5 minutes, though it can be longer if the practice is busy.

If Your Shift Is Starting Soon

If your shift starts shortly and you still can't find parking information, message us and park at the nearest public car park in the meantime. We'll sort out any details with the practice so you're not left waiting at the door.

Pro Tips

  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early if parking details are unclear.

  • Use Google Street View to check the area before you set off.

  • Identify a nearby public car park as a backup.

Bottom line: if you can't find parking information, message us. We'll confirm the details so you can arrive on time and stress-free.
