How to Cancel a Booking
⏰ Cancel 18+ hours before the shift to avoid fees Cancellations made less than 18 hours before the shift start time incur a 100% booking fee. See: Late Cancellation Fees for Practices for full details. |
Steps to Cancel
# | Step | What to do |
1 | Go to Bookings | Open your Airlocum dashboard and navigate to the Bookings section. |
2 | Find the shift | Locate the booking you need to cancel. |
3 | Open the menu | Click the ⋯ (three dots) icon on the far right of the shift row. |
4 | Select the cancellation option | Choose the cancellation option from the menu. |
5 | Confirm | Confirm the cancellation when prompted. The locum is notified immediately and the booking is removed from your schedule. |
✅ Cancelling an unaccepted booking request is always free If no locum has yet accepted your booking request, you can cancel at any time with no charge. The 18-hour fee policy only applies once a locum has accepted and confirmed the booking. |
