Viewing Your Practice's Details

You can see the details for any upcoming shift in your Bookings section:

  1. Find your shift.

  2. Click the “i” (information icon) to open the practice details.

This is where any information the practice has shared — such as the address, start time, and parking notes — will appear.

If you have a question or concern before your shift, contact the practice through Airlocum rather than directly:

  • Send your question or concern to Airlocum via live chat.

  • Our team will contact the practice on your behalf and relay their response to you.

This keeps all communication clear, documented, and protected - which matters if there's ever a question about a booking, a change, or a cancellation. Contacting a practice directly can create confusion and isn't covered by Airlocum's records.

How quickly will Airlocum get a response from the practice?

It depends on how quickly the practice replies, but our team relays your message as soon as we hear back. For anything time-sensitive, send it to live chat as early as you can before the shift.

What if I have an urgent issue on the day of the shift?

Contact Airlocum via live chat straight away and let us know it's urgent. If you're running late or held up travelling, use the Send ETA feature so the practice is kept informed while we help sort out anything else.

Why can't I message the practice directly?

Routing contact through Airlocum keeps a clear, documented record of every conversation. If a question ever arises about a booking, a change, or a cancellation, that record protects both you and the practice.

What practice details can I see before contacting anyone?

Open the “i” icon next to your shift in Bookings to see the details the practice has shared, including the location and timing. Many questions are already answered there before you need to get in touch.
