When will my payment method be charged?
Your payment method is only charged after two things happen: the shift is completed, and you approve the locum's timesheet. You are never charged upfront or before a shift takes place.
What if I don't approve the timesheet? Once the locum submits their timesheet, you have 24 hours to review and approve it. If no action is taken within that window, the timesheet is approved automatically and payment processes.
To review timesheets, go to Bookings in your Airlocum dashboard and find the completed shift.
