Airlocum allows practice managers to manage multiple practice locations under one login. This is ideal for corporate groups, multi-site owners, or managers who work across several practices. You can either have Airlocum set it up for you or add it yourself in minutes.
Option 1 – Let Airlocum Handle It for You
If you’d like us to set up your new location:
Contact us via live chat.
Provide the new practice address and confirm whether it is Private, NHS, or Mixed.
We’ll add it to your account and notify you when it’s ready.
Option 2 – Add It Yourself (3 Easy Steps)
Open the Account Switcher
Click the Account Switcher icon in the top-right corner of your Airlocum dashboard.

Select “+ Add an Account”
This will open the new location setup form.

Enter Practice Details
Fill in the short form with your new practice’s information.
Important Email Requirement
Each practice must have a unique email address.
To keep things simple, you can add a “+” tag to your existing email.
Example: If your main email is pm@smiledental.co.uk, for a new Exeter location you could use pm+exeter@smiledental.co.uk.
All emails sent to this new address will still arrive in your main inbox.

Switching Between Practices
Once your new location is added:
Click the coloured location icon in your dashboard.
Select the practice you want to manage.
Switch instantly — no logging out or back in.
