Airlocum allows practice managers to manage multiple practice locations under one login. This is ideal for corporate groups, multi-site owners, or managers who work across several practices. You can either have Airlocum set it up for you or add it yourself in minutes.

Option 1 – Let Airlocum Handle It for You

If you’d like us to set up your new location:

  • Contact us via live chat.

  • Provide the new practice address and confirm whether it is Private, NHS, or Mixed.

  • We’ll add it to your account and notify you when it’s ready.

Option 2 – Add It Yourself (3 Easy Steps)

  1. Open the Account Switcher

    • Click the Account Switcher icon in the top-right corner of your Airlocum dashboard.

Select “+ Add an Account”

  • This will open the new location setup form.

Enter Practice Details

  • Fill in the short form with your new practice’s information.

Important Email Requirement

Each practice must have a unique email address.

  • To keep things simple, you can add a “+” tag to your existing email.

  • Example: If your main email is pm@smiledental.co.uk, for a new Exeter location you could use pm+exeter@smiledental.co.uk.

  • All emails sent to this new address will still arrive in your main inbox.

Switching Between Practices

Once your new location is added:

  • Click the coloured location icon in your dashboard.

  • Select the practice you want to manage.

  • Switch instantly — no logging out or back in.
