Two Main Strategies
1. Controlled Rebooking (for selective practices)
Build a Favourites list of 15–30+ trusted locums
Always use Show my favourites filter
Add other filters (price, skills, distance) as needed
2. Maximum Coverage (for urgent shifts)
Use minimal/no filters in your initial search
Allows both initial and rebooked requests to reach all suitable locums
