Go to your Bookings page
Click the 3 dots (•••) button on the far right of your booking
Select your reason from the dropdown menu
Add a message (optional but helpful for the practice)
Confirm cancellation
That's it! The practice will be notified immediately, and our system will automatically start finding them a replacement.
