1–5 days before: £12
Under 24 hours: £24
No-show: £50 + possible account suspension
Hygienists, Therapists & Dentists
5+ days before shift: FREE
1–5 days before: £20
Under 24 hours: £45
No-show: £60 + suspension

If you believe there’s been an error, contact us immediately.
Emergencies happen — if you’ve paid the fee, you can explain your circumstances and we may consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
🚨 Tip: The earlier you cancel, the more likely we can re-fill the shift — and you’ll avoid cancellation fees.
