📱 Before You Accept: Booking Request Details

The most important place to check is in your booking request notification. Nurse support information appears directly underneath the Accept/Decline buttons in every booking request.

Always review this information before clicking Accept to ensure the shift meets your needs and capabilities.

🔍 How to Check Nurse Support Information

Option 1: Check Your Original SMS

Your booking request SMS contains all the shift details, including nurse support provision.

  • Find the original booking request text message on your phone

  • Click the link in the SMS to view full shift details

  • Nurse support information is displayed near the Accept/Decline buttons

Option 2: Check in Your Airlocum Account

  1. Log into your Airlocum account

  2. Go to the Bookings section

  3. Click the 3 dots (⋯) on the far right of your shift

  4. Select "Booking information"

  5. Review the nurse support details displayed
