Finding Parking at Your Practice

Parking details for your shift may be listed in your booking information — and if they’re not, we can find out for you.


Where to Check First

  1. Confirmation email – Parking instructions appear here if the practice added them.

  2. Bookings section – Click the “i” (information icon) for shift details.

If no parking info is listed, it doesn’t mean there’s no parking — the practice may have simply not added it.


If Details Are Missing

  • Contact Airlocum via live chat.

  • We’ll ask the practice:

    • Is parking available on-site?

    • Is it free or paid?

    • Where should you park?

    • Any restrictions?

Typical response time: 5–15 minutes (sometimes longer if the practice is busy).


Pro Tips 💡

  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early if details are unclear.

  • Use Google Street View to check the area.

  • Identify a nearby public car park as a backup.
