If you’re unsure about your upcoming shift, there are quick ways to confirm its status.


How to Check

Method 1 – Bookings Section

  1. Log into your Airlocum account.

  2. Go to Bookings.

  3. Cancelled shifts will show an updated status.

Method 2 – Booking Details

  1. In Bookings, click the 3 dots (⋯) next to the shift.

  2. Select Booking Information to view the current status and details.


Automatic Notifications

If a practice cancels, you’ll get:

  • SMS to your registered mobile.

  • Email to your registered address.
    Both are sent immediately when the cancellation occurs.


Late Cancellation Protection

If a practice cancels with less than 18 hours’ notice, you’ll receive 100% of the booking fee as compensation.


What to Do Next

  • If still active – Prepare as normal and use the check-in feature 60 minutes before the shift.

  • If cancelled – Look for new opportunities in your area, check Unclaimed Shifts, and keep your calendar updated.
