How It Works
📅 Days Outstanding 1–4: We chase the practice via text, email, and phone calls.
⚠️ Day 5 Outstanding: If payment is still outstanding, Airlocum pays you in full from our own funds.
🔄 After Payment to You: We continue pursuing the practice for reimbursement - you never have to chase payment yourself.
What This Means for You
Your payment might be delayed by up to 5 days while we follow up with the practice.
After day 5, you receive your payment in full, regardless of whether the practice has paid us.
We absorb all the collection risk and hassle.
