One account per practice location
Accurate, up-to-date details required
Only authorised staff should access your account
2. Bookings & Payments
Card: Charged after shift completion & timesheet approval
Invoice: 14-day payment terms
Approve/dispute timesheets within 24 hours
Cancellations with <18 hours’ notice = 100% booking fee
3. Service Standards
All locums GDC-verified (where applicable)
Practices remain responsible for clinical decisions & patient care
Rate & review locums to help maintain quality
4. Fees
Transparent pricing – shown before booking
£3.60/hour service fee (inc. VAT) for nurses/receptionists
All payments securely processed via Stripe
5. Data & Privacy
GDPR-compliant data handling
Practice details shared only with booked locums
Locum profiles verified but suitability checks remain your responsibility
6. Liability
Locums are self-employed contractors, not Airlocum employees
Ensure a safe, professional working environment
