Setting up your payment method is the final step in your Airlocum registration. Without this, you won't be able to send booking requests to locums. The good news? It takes less than 2 minutes and you have two flexible options to choose from.

Your Two Payment Options

Option 1: Pay by Card

Secure and convenient. You will only be charged after you're 100% satisfied with the locum's work.

Option 2: Pay by Invoice

Perfect for practices with specific accounting requirements.

How to Add a Payment Card

Step 1: Go to the Payment Methods section

Step 2: Click the green Add a card button

Step 3: Enter your card details:

  • Card number (full 16-digit number)

  • Expiry date (MM/YY format)

  • 3-digit CVC code (on back of card)

  • ⚠️ Postcode where the card is registered

Step 4: Click Continue to save your details

Common Setup Error to Avoid

Don't forget the postcode! This is the most commonly missed field. Your card won't be accepted without the postcode where your card is registered.

How to Activate Invoicing

Step 1: Go to the Payment Methods section

Step 2: Click the green Activate Invoicing button

Step 3: That's it! Invoicing is now active on your account
