You can see exactly where your payment is in the process for any completed shift - from the moment the practice pays to when the money lands in your bank.
Step 1: Open the Payment Status tracker
Go to the Bookings section.
Find your completed shift
Click the ⋯ icon on the right
Click 💳 Payment Status.
Step 2: Check your payment details
The tracker shows:
Practice payment status – whether the practice has paid.
Processing progress – where it is in the payout process.
Expected payment date – when the funds should arrive.
Days to payment – shown with a green hourglass icon.
Direct link to Stripe – for real-time payout updates.
Step 3: Understanding payment timelines
Payment timing depends on how the practice pays:
Card-paying practices – usually 3 days after timesheet approval.
Invoice-paying practices – usually 18 days after timesheet approval.
Note: These timelines refer to when funds arrive in Stripe, not your bank. Transfers from Stripe to your bank account may take extra time.
Step 4: View in Stripe (optional)
In the tracker, click Open Stripe Dashboard.
Or download the Stripe Dashboard app (iOS / Android) for push notifications when payouts arrive.
When to contact support
Ask to speak to a person if:
Your payment is genuinely 1+ days overdue based on the tracker’s expected date.
You’ve checked Stripe and the payment isn’t there.
You need help understanding your payment status.
