You can see exactly where your payment is in the process for any completed shift - from the moment the practice pays to when the money lands in your bank.


Step 1: Open the Payment Status tracker

  1. Go to the Bookings section.

  2. Find your completed shift

  3. Click the icon on the right

  4. Click 💳 Payment Status.


Step 2: Check your payment details

The tracker shows:

  • Practice payment status – whether the practice has paid.

  • Processing progress – where it is in the payout process.

  • Expected payment date – when the funds should arrive.

  • Days to payment – shown with a green hourglass icon.

  • Direct link to Stripe – for real-time payout updates.


Step 3: Understanding payment timelines

Payment timing depends on how the practice pays:

  • Card-paying practices – usually 3 days after timesheet approval.

  • Invoice-paying practices – usually 18 days after timesheet approval.

Note: These timelines refer to when funds arrive in Stripe, not your bank. Transfers from Stripe to your bank account may take extra time.


Step 4: View in Stripe (optional)

  1. In the tracker, click Open Stripe Dashboard.

  2. Or download the Stripe Dashboard app (iOS / Android) for push notifications when payouts arrive.


When to contact support

Ask to speak to a person if:

  • Your payment is genuinely 1+ days overdue based on the tracker’s expected date.

  • You’ve checked Stripe and the payment isn’t there.

  • You need help understanding your payment status.
