How We Prevent No-Shows
Strict policies: Locums who fail to attend without proper notice are immediately deactivated.
Minimum 2-hour notice: Anything less is classed as a no-show.
Reliability scores: Every withdrawal drops a locum’s score by 10%. Falling below 80% means losing access to the platform.
What Locums Must Do in an Emergency
If something unexpected happens, they must cancel via the platform or contact our support team right away so we can find a replacement for you.
