How to Cancel a Booking

Need to cancel a locum booking? Here's how to do it quickly through your Airlocum dashboard.

Steps to Cancel

  1. Go to the Bookings section

  2. Click the 3 dots (⋯) on the very far right of the shift

  3. Click the cancellation option for that booking

  4. Confirm the cancellation

The locum will be notified immediately, and our system will handle the rest automatically.

Cancellation Timeline & Fees

✅ Free Cancellation

  • 18+ hours before shift start: No charges apply

⚠️ Late Cancellation

  • Less than 18 hours before shift: The locum receives 100% of the booking fee as compensation

This policy protects locums who may have already arranged childcare, travel, or turned down other work.
