At Airlocum, your payment timeline depends on how the practice pays:
Card-Paying Practices – Fastest payouts
You submit your timesheet after your shift.
Practice approves it within 24 hours (or it’s auto-approved).
Payment reaches your Stripe account within 3 days.
Stripe then sends funds to your bank (allow 3–4 days).
Invoice-Paying Practices – Longer timeline
You submit your timesheet after your shift.
Practice approves it within 24 hours (or it’s auto-approved).
An invoice is sent to the practice.
Payment reaches your Stripe account within 18 days.
Stripe sends funds to your bank (allow 3–4 days).
In your Bookings section, you’ll see exactly how many days your payment will take to reach your Stripe account (after the practice approves your timesheet). Look in the Amount column — the number of days is shown next to the payment amount, with a green hourglass icon to the left.
