At Airlocum, your payment timeline depends on how the practice pays:
Card-Paying Practices – Fastest payouts
You submit your timesheet after your shift.
Practice approves it within 24 hours (or it’s auto-approved).
Payment is deposited into your bank account within 5 days.
Invoice-Paying Practices – Longer timeline
You submit your timesheet after your shift.
Practice approves it within 24 hours (or it’s auto-approved).
An invoice is sent to the practice, and the payment due date is set to 18 days after timesheet approval.
Payment is deposited into your Stripe account 18 days from the timesheet approval date.
Stripe sends funds to your bank (allow 3–4 days).
In your Bookings section, you’ll see exactly how many days your payment will take to reach your Stripe account (after the practice approves your timesheet). Look in the Amount column — the number of days is shown next to the payment amount, with a green hourglass icon to the left.
Additionally, ensure that the timesheet approval date is recorded, as this date triggers the payment timeline. For card payments, bank processing times may vary slightly.
