What Happens After You Go Live
Once your profile is live, Airlocum’s matching algorithm surfaces you to practices whose shift requirements match your role, skills, location, and availability. The higher your reliability score and star rating, the earlier you appear in search results and booking wave notifications.
• New locums: build your score quickly by accepting early requests consistently, completing every shift, and using Check-In before each shift.
• Payments: after each completed shift, submit your timesheet. Once approved, payment arrives in your Stripe-linked bank account within 5 days (card) or 18 days (invoice).
