Unclaimed Shifts – How It Works & When to Check

Where to find it:
In your Airlocum profile, go to Unclaimed Shifts. Although only about 2% of shifts display here.

How It Works

  1. View available jobs in your area.

  2. Click View Details for shift info.

  3. If interested, tap I’ll cover this.

  4. The practice is notified — if they still need cover, you’ll get a text + email confirming the booking ✅.

Why It’s Rare

  • 98% of shifts are accepted within 15 minutes of the practice sending a booking request.

  • Only jobs unfilled after 60 minutes appear here - around 2% - so can be rare.

Pro Tip

If you see a shift you want, act fast — it may still be available.
