To work on Airlocum, you’ll need to upload certain compliance documents so practices can verify your credentials.


Required Documents

  • GDC Registration (if applicable to your role)

  • Professional Indemnity Insurance

  • DBS Certificate (Disclosure and Barring Service)

  • Hepatitis B Immunisation Record


How to Upload Your Documents

  1. Scan or take a clear photo of each document

  2. Go to the Documents section of your Airlocum profile

  3. Click ‘Choose File’ under each document type and select your file

  4. Enter the expiry date for each document

  5. Tap the green “Save” button to add your certificates


Tip: Make sure documents are up to date — expired documents can hide your profile from practice searches.
