How It Works
When a practice posts a shift, our system ranks available locums using four factors:
Distance – How close you are to the practice.
Reliability – Based on your last 10 shifts.
Star Rating – From previous bookings.
Engagement – Using the Check-In feature to confirm you’re on your way.
Locums with the highest combined scores are notified first. Every 60 seconds, the next group of top-scoring locums is notified until the shift is filled.
