Late Cancellation Fees

For Nurses & Receptionists:

  • £12 – Cancelling 24 hours to 5 days before shift start.

  • £24 – Cancelling within 24 hours of shift start.

  • No-Show: £50 + account suspension.

For Hygienists, Therapists, Orthodontic Therapists & Dentists:

  • £20 – Cancelling 24 hours to 5 days before shift start.

  • £45 – Cancelling within 24 hours of shift start.

  • No-Show: £60 + account suspension.

How Fees Are Charged

  • Fees are automatically deducted from your Stripe account linked to Airlocum.

Exceptions
