Late Cancellation Fees
For Nurses & Receptionists:
£12 – Cancelling 24 hours to 5 days before shift start.
£24 – Cancelling within 24 hours of shift start.
No-Show: £50 + account suspension.
For Hygienists, Therapists, Orthodontic Therapists & Dentists:
£20 – Cancelling 24 hours to 5 days before shift start.
£45 – Cancelling within 24 hours of shift start.
No-Show: £60 + account suspension.
How Fees Are Charged
Fees are automatically deducted from your Stripe account linked to Airlocum.
Exceptions
Airlocum understands that emergencies happen.
If you have exceptional circumstances, contact Airlocum after paying the fee to request a review.
Partial refunds may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
Disputes
