How to Switch Between Practice Locations

If you manage two or more practice locations on Airlocum, the Account Switcher lets you move between them instantly from your dashboard. Each location keeps its own bookings, Favourites list, Blocklist, and locum ratings — switching just changes which location you’re currently viewing and managing.
Step 1: Get Your Locations Linked
Before the Account Switcher appears, your locations need to be connected under your login by the Airlocum team. This is a one-time setup.

Step 2: Switch Between Locations
Once your locations are linked, switching between them takes one click:

1 | Find the location icon | Look for the coloured location icon in the top area of your Airlocum dashboard. It shows the name or initials of your currently active location. |
2 | Click to open the switcher | Click the icon to open the Account Switcher. All your linked locations will be listed. |
3 | Select a location | Click the practice you want to switch to. Your dashboard updates instantly — no logout required. |
💡 Each location is fully independent Switching location changes your active view, but each location keeps its own data separately:
Adding a locum to your Favourites at one location does not automatically add them at another. |
