Haven't Received Your Verification Code?
Don't worry - this is quick to fix. When you sign up for Airlocum, you'll receive two separate 4-digit codes: one by SMS to your mobile, and one by email. If either hasn't arrived, start here.
First, Resend the Code
The most common reason a code is slow to arrive is a brief delay in sending.
Wait around 60 seconds - codes occasionally take a moment to come through.
Tap Resend Code.
Check both your text messages and your email inbox again.
If a code still hasn't arrived after resending, work through the relevant section below.
Mobile Code Not Received
The most common cause is an incorrect number entered at sign-up. Check that you've entered a valid UK mobile number - either starting 07 (11 digits in total) or in +44 format - with no spaces or special characters, and that it matches the phone you're holding.
If the number was wrong, correct it and request a new code. If it's correct but still nothing arrives, contact support - we can verify your number and resend the code manually.
Email Code Not Received
If the email code hasn't arrived, the usual causes are a mistyped email address, the code landing in your spam or junk folder, or the email and phone fields being swapped at sign-up.
To fix it:
Check your spam and junk folders.
Confirm your email address is spelled correctly.
Make sure your email and phone number were entered in the correct fields.
Add [email protected] to your contacts so future emails arrive reliably.
