How Your Payments Are Protected
Your card details stay with Stripe. When you enter your card on Airlocum, the details are passed directly to Stripe and encrypted immediately. Airlocum stores only a secure token reference — never your actual card number, expiry, or CVV.
You are only charged after work is completed. Payment is triggered only when a shift is finished and the timesheet is approved — either by you or automatically after 24 hours. There are no upfront charges.
Real-time fraud checks on every transaction. Stripe analyses every payment for unusual activity before processing. Suspicious transactions are flagged and reviewed automatically.
Payment disputes are handled with Airlocum support. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact the Airlocum support team via live chat. The team will investigate and liaise with Stripe on your behalf to resolve the issue.
