Invoice-paying practice: 18 days to your Stripe account after timesheet approval, then 3–4 days bank transfer — 21–22 days total. Timesheets are auto-approved after 24 hours if the practice takes no action. |
Card-Paying Practices
This is the fastest payment route.

1 | Submit your timesheet after your shift. |
2 | The practice approves it — or it is auto-approved after 24 hours. |
3 | Within 2 days: payment arrives in your Stripe account. |
4 | Within 3–4 further days: Stripe transfers funds to your bank account. Exact timing depends on your bank. |
Invoice-Paying Practices
Invoice practices take longer to process — plan your cashflow accordingly.

3 | Airlocum sends an invoice to the practice with a payment due date 18 days from timesheet approval. |
4 | 18 days after approval: payment arrives in your Stripe account. |
5 | Within 3–4 further days: Stripe transfers funds to your bank account. Exact timing depends on your bank. |
How to Track Your Payment
You can see exactly how long your payment will take directly in the Bookings section of your Airlocum profile.
Find your completed shift in the Bookings section.
Look for the card or invoice icon next to the payment amount.
The number shown is the days remaining until payment reaches your Stripe account — counted from the timesheet approval date.

💡 The clock starts on timesheet approval The payment timeline begins the moment your timesheet is approved — either by the practice, or automatically after 24 hours. If you want to speed up the process, submit your timesheet promptly after each shift so the 24-hour auto-approval window starts as soon as possible. |
