Should I Add a Profile Photo?
✅ Short answer: Yes — and do it now Locums with a profile photo receive 2–3× more booking requests than those without one. It takes less than 60 seconds to add. A missing photo costs you bookings every day it’s absent. |
Why Practices Care
When a practice manager is choosing between two locums, they will always book the one they can see. A missing photo reads as unverified — and in a decision that takes under 10 seconds, doubt means they scroll past you.
A clear, professional photo builds immediate trust before you’ve said a word or stepped into the practice. Combined with strong reviews and a complete skills section, it is one of the fastest ways to increase your booking rate without changing anything else about your profile.
