Do I need to cancel any upcoming shifts before deleting?

Yes. If you have confirmed upcoming shifts, cancel them before requesting deletion. Standard cancellation fees apply depending on how close the shifts are. The support team will check for upcoming bookings when you request deletion.

What about outstanding payments owed to me?

Any payments for completed shifts will still be processed and sent to your Stripe account, even after your Airlocum account is deleted. Make sure your Stripe account remains active until all pending payments have cleared.

Can I delete my account by email instead of live chat?
