Airlocum supports multi-location practice management from a single login. Whether you manage two sites or twenty, you can add locations, switch between them instantly, and keep each practice's bookings, locum ratings, and payment data completely separate — all without creating separate accounts or re-entering login credentials.
This feature is used by independent practices with a second site, corporate dental groups, and practice managers who work across multiple locations.

Option 1 — Let the Airlocum Team Set It Up

Option 2 — Add It Yourself in 3 Steps
You can add a new location directly from your Airlocum dashboard without contacting support.

📧 Unique email address — what this means and how to do it easily Each practice location on Airlocum must have a unique email address — you cannot use the same email for two different locations. The simplest solution is to use a + tag on your existing email. Emails sent to a + address are delivered to your main inbox automatically — no new inbox to check. Example: if your main email is [email protected], you could use [email protected] for an Exeter location, [email protected] for Bristol, and so on. All emails arrive in your normal inbox. |
Switching Between Practice Locations
Once a second location is added, switching between them takes one click — no logout required.

A locum on your Favourites list at one practice is not automatically on the Favourites list at another — you manage each location's pool independently. This means you can apply different quality standards, budgets, and preferred locum pools at each site. |
